Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tinybay website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not authorized to use the Site and should immediately cease using it.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, it is necessary to register an account. You can do it manually from the registration button or by submitting a contact email to the TinyBay team. A confidential password will be generated and sent to the email provided. It is your responsibility to keep the password confidential, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Product Advertisements

The Site allows manufacturing companies to advertise their products. Tinybay is not responsible for the content of the advertisements or the quality of the advertised products. Interested users should contact the manufacturing companies directly for additional information about the advertised products.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all its content, features, and functionalities (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audios, and videos) are the exclusive property of Tinybay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws, trademarks, among other applicable regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Tinybay be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(i) Your access to or use of the Site;

(ii) Any conduct or content of third parties on the Site;

(iii) Any content obtained from the Site; and

(iv) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

This limitation of liability applies, without limitation, to any damage or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access, alteration, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
